Orkutheroes: Unique Communities of Saumya Gupta

He owns 16 communities on orkut with very different names and concepts than others; he plays a major role in giving a sort of entertainment to many hundred thousands of orkut members with his active role and participation as both community owner and moderator to his own communities.

“Send scrap to all” “Nobody’s online when I am” “MTV Roadies” “Community owners on orkut” are some of his communities with active members flowing with threads and replies everyday. The name of his communities attracts and force people to join it. Saumya Gupta is a young man with ideas and ambition and he do all this simply because he loves to do so. His biggest fear on orkut is loosing his communities if it get deleted by orkut staff.

With simple tricks of managing communities with lots of interaction with members Saumya is a successful community owner who dedicatedly gives his efforts to improve every part of his communities and thinking more attractive and totally different concepts and ideas. Owning 16 communities still he says that he has a long way to go on orkut.

I took Saumya’s interview on “orkut’s hall of fame” which was not so long but we enjoyed a lot talking to each other, he is an impressive guy with down to earth nature and a man with principals, he hardly adds unknown people on his friend’s list, he says that all his friends in his friend’s list are those who he met personally.

Not only in orkut Saumya is also active in other social networking sites like facebook and myspace but orkut is the only place where he finds all of his friends and his communities as he told in his interview.

Saumya is a person of great caliber and zeal and he really deserves to be an Orkut Hero for his activity, participation and his leadership on orkut and orkut communities which he owns.
